Undone

Well, it seems my Day of Torture successfully undid all the damage done to me this weekend, and really over the past few weeks. This weekend my sister was in town for a visit and we did nothing but eat out. Add on to that Friday night which was a night of drunken debauchery that spread across the entire city and my diet was pretty much a thing of the past.
I didn’t even weigh myself Sunday or Monday, if you can imagine.

So yesterday I woke up with every intention of getting seriously back on track. Had my Slim Fast and then remembered I had to go to a Mexican place for lunch for someone’s last day at work. *Sigh*
I can’t resist chips and salsa. It’s a known fact. I probably ate 2000 calories worth, then some fried stuff with chicken and cheese and more salsa. Damnit!

The rest of the day I ate nothing. I also mowed the lawn, went to the gym and did double situps and pushups. Fell asleep around 7:30pm out of sheer exhaustion, woke up around 10:00pm, more situps, asleep till 11pm and then more situps before finally going to bed at 3:00am.

I’m hurting today, to say the least. Not enough sleep and my arms feel broken, but the scale said 213.6 so mission accomplished. Now I just have to stick to a tight diet and workout schedule for the next 4 days so I can make Monday count.

I’ve found that I can do days where I just completely starve myself and have it be useful as long as I don’t break in the few days afterwards. That’s the hard part 🙂
