Oh, one other thing. I made whipped cream tonight. Nothing to it, I know, but I really enjoy making the basics for some reason. It’s gratifying to know that I can make stuff “from scratch”.
Here’s the recipe I used:
1 cup heavy cream.
1/4 cup sugar.
2 tsp. vanilla extract.
I just threw it all in my mixer with the whisk attachment and set it to awesome till it was whipped creme. Then I ate it with a spoon.
